Product Story of Patent Chrysanthemum HS01

Mangroves are known as the "green lungs of the ocean" and the environmental conditions in their growth areas are very suitable for the growth, development and evolution of Schizochytrium algae.

Since 2006, the R&D team of HUISON has traveled to 52 mangrove nature reserves in China, using the fishing method to search for high quality Schizochytrium sp., and cooperated with the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Xiamen University to test and identify the quality of Schizochytrium sp.. After 3 years of searching, the mother species of“HUISON Biotech Patented Schizochytrium sp. HS01”was finally screened out in Zhangjiangkou Mangrove National Nature Reserve through hundreds of sampling tests.

In 2016, after the industrialization of HUISON®Schizochytrium Powder (special for cattle), our partner's Naturally DHA-enriched dairy products were launched in 2016, 2018 and 2020 successively. Over the past 10 years, the R&D team has continuously screened out more pure and stable Schizochytrium sp. through the patented technology of directed microbial fermentation, with 8 batches of Schizochytrium sp. were cultured simultaneously for 9 days in each round, and a total of 4000 batches after 500 rounds of screening. At the same time, the technical process of each production step was optimized continuously, and uninterrupted feeding test was carried out on the Schizochytrium Powder(Schizochytrium sp.) with rich DHA as a single feed. A total of 800 batches were used for testing, with a total of more than 13000pcs of feeding tests. From early screening to production, then to feeding, testing, analysis and optimization, the monthly cycle was repeated, and finally successfully screened out the " Schizochytrium sp. HS01" with independent intellectual property rights.It is rich in DHA and with stable content, "original protection shield" (fat binding protein is much higher than other algae species) can protect DHA to reach directly to the stomach of dairy cows, extremely suitable for nutritional digestion and metabolism of dairy cows and easier for dairy cows to absorb, milk comes with DHA as soon as it is squeezed out, which is orginal and easy to absorb.

The saying of "screening one in ten years"comes from this. And again even today, HUISON Biotech has never stopped screening seed and cow feeding tests, and the DHA content of original DHA pure milk has increased from the original3-5mg/100ml to 15-20mg/100ml, and the industrialization technology is at the international leading level of science and technology. The original DHA dairy products industrialization project has obtained the international authoritative certifications such as authorized patent of China,United States Japan and Australia, USDA organic, SGS non-GMO status maintenance, European feed additives and premixed feed quality system,etc, and passed the identification of algae species from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the safety evaluation of disease control, the original DHA pure milk obtained by feeding the milk cow with Schizochytrium Powder(Schizochytrium sp.) also passed the safety of disease control, the function evaluation of easy absorption and assisting to improve memory.
